Pros: I have two installed opposite each other on a common wall. Two bdrms. Both units have a very light shadow above the upper right hand corner.Checked for excess heat,ok - contact arcing, not apparent, could not make unit arc - ventilation, ok - Customer service says this is normal. Soot, guess that's ok...
