- Quiet Care Technology: Dry air is pulled through the humidifier and the QuietCare™ fan blows out invisible, moisturebalanced air. Unwanted minerals and bacteria from the water are trapped inside the filter. When the unit is running you WILL NOT see or feel a mist. You will know your humidifier is putting moisture into the air as the water level decreases in the tank throughout the day.
- Protec™ Antimicrobial Treated Filter: Your filter has been treated with Protec™ antimicrobial which helps prevent surface growth and migration of mold, mildew, algae, fungus and odor-causing bacteria in the filter for its life - approximately 1-3 months*. Keep in mind, depending on your water quality, mineral deposits can still clog or discolor the filter, affecting its life and that of the humidifier.
- UV Water Sanitizing Technology: The UV germicidal bulb located inside the main housing of the humidifier shines on the water passing through the chamber. This technology reduces the likelihood of harmful microorganisms.

Pros: 3yrs and works fine. like the controls for moisture settings and fan speeds, so far a very quiet machine. the right size design for me.
Cons: one store in the area that has the replacement filter, I'm not a big fan of online ordering.

Shopping Experience: I really like this humidifier, however, I think it could be a bit quieter - thus only four stars. We have downsized and I run this all night on our tile foyer and it really does add humidity nicely. Our sinuses feel so much better with this running - and my nose is no longer bone dry. I believe it has been a very good purchase for us.
